I am a "muanapoto". This means, in lingala, the majority language in Congo, "the child of France". I lead two lives: on the one hand my life with my boyfriend, on the other my weekends with my mother Suzanne, who doesn't know I'm gay. At 30, I start an intimate investigation to understand what prevents me from talking about it. By making my mother talk about what I don't know about her, her past and her culture, I discover a way not to be the only one to announce part of my identity. This is the beginning of a dialogue.
