Ghassan SALHAB was born in 4/05/59 in DAKAR (Senegal)
Nationalities : Lebanon and French.
In addition to making his own films, Salhab collaborates on various scenarios in Lebanon and in France, and teaches film in Lebanon. He has directed five long films : Beyrouth Fantôme, Terra Incognita, The Last Man, 1958, and The Mountain, in addition to numerous short films and videos, including (Posthume); Narcisse Perdu; My living body, my dead body; La Rose de personne; Baalbeck (co-directed with A. Zaatari and M. Soueid); Afrique Fantôme; Après la Mort… He also published "fragments du Livre du naufrage" (bilingual publishing, French and Arabic - 2012, Amers Editions), and different texts and articles in various magazines.
