Amina, a 15-year-old Algerian girl, arrived in France 8 years ago with her parents. Of her childhood brutally interrupted by violence and terrorism, only painful memories remain. So, all that is achieved here: a brilliant schooling, a role in the theater in a prestigious place... Amina accomplishes it, but keeping in her heart and eyes the landscapes abandoned for so long. Knowing that one day, we will have to choose. To choose without denying oneself. This is what is at stake in this first return to the places of her childhood, that summer in Algeria.
